Filters & Friends-Only
Jan. 1st, 2012 12:00 am![[personal profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/user.png)
This journal is friends-only. If you would like to view entries, please leave a comment and tell me where I know you from and what filters you would like to be on.
The filters available are as follows:
- Angst - Sometimes I need to get things off my chest. They may not necessarily be rooted in reality.
- Memes - Everybody posts silly quizzes and pass-it-ons sometimes.
- Mission - Things related to Truth of the Spoon.
- Musing - I wax philosophical and occasionally eloquent.
- Poetry - I want people to read it but I don't want to throw away first publishing rights.
- Queer - Gender/sexuality comments, rants, or education.
- School - Everyday stuff, classes, frisbee, work, and/or location specific stuff.
- Sex - Not necessarily the sex I'm having, but I talk about sex kind of a lot.
- Spirituality - Pagan, Unitarian Universalist, House of Netjer, conversations with deity, divination, etc.
- Writing - May either be bits posted for critique or help, or just metawriting.
- Random - Grab bag; may be subdivided if there is a need.
Please also let me know if you don't want to hear about a certain topic ever. It's conceivable that I will at times be angsty about gender, or musing about religion, or writing poetry about sex. I will try to select the best filter for the individual post, and strike a balance between flooding pages with multiple entries and shoving many unrelated topics into one post.
Make wise choices. If it's going to be awkward for you to look me in the eye if you read what I might have to say on any of these topics, don't select that filter. This is a place for me to hammer out my thoughts and be as in depth as I want to be, which is less likely in everyday conversations. I'm not going to turn anyone away from a filter they request.
Thanks.
