Okay, so yes, I did not submit two projects and turned in a third one late. I still think her response was un-called-for.

My email to my comp sci professor:

You know what? You're right that the current scheme doesn't
really make sense, so starting next semester a design will only count
for 10 points if it is followed by project files.

Thanks for the input.

You're right about your grade too. It doesn't make any difference
at all since you have a fairly low C, 73.7.
